The static oven is an oven that mainly cooks via conduction and radiation. The cooking chamber of a static oven is heated on the upper part (oven roof) and on the lower cooking part (bedplate). In the static oven you can cook pizza and bread directly on the refractory floor, or on a baking tray.

The static oven is suitable for all types of products: let’s say, it is an universal oven.

This oven is suitable for cooking both sweets and savoury doughs on a baking tray, but also delicatessen products. Given its multipurpose nature, the static oven is adaptable to various types of products; its an oven used in pizzerias, pastry shops and bakeries.
