You can adapt the size of the Teorema Polis PW based on the quantity and type of your production. Teorema Polis Pw is adapted to cook pastries (from 2 to 6 trays at the same time for each cooking chamber) or a classic round or baking tray pizza.
It is possible to set up the oven with an embossed metal sheet or refractory baking surface (optional) according to your needs. With the optional Teorema Polis PW vaporiser the oven is perfect for baking bread or to cook recipes that need vapour whist cooking.
Teorema Polis Pw is ecological and safe! Its perfectly insulated structure allows to minimise heat dispersion, increase energy efficiency and maintain an outside surface which is safe to touch.
